**This position reports to**:
Global Sales Manager GPG Motor starting & Safety / OEMs - BU EPPC
**Your responsibilities**:
- Responsible for achieving key targets (volume, price, and mix) for Data Center
- Drive and enhance cross-divisions and cross-countries business-led collaboration for Data Center
- Ensure that the major accounts in the segments are identified and prioritized. Build relationships with Global key account and leverage ELSP/ELSB strengths to capture new business opportunities.
- Map account requirements and opportunities to actions for ELSP/ELSB and coordinate with other Divisions, Local Sales units, and other relevant stakeholders to implement them.
- Develop and implement a market-based strategy. Implement, review and follow up Data Center strategies with country-specific business & action plan.
- Lead or participate in the negotiation of legal and commercial international frame agreements with data centers identified key accounts.
- Analyze customer needs for the portfolio and market trends, securing customer advantages and benefits as well as white spot analysis and connected strategies to penetrate the market, feed back to the Divisions.
- Cooperate with Divisions AUs & GPGs to support creating end user acceptance and specification offering for the Divisions portfolio within Data Center

- Extensive experience in the field of marketing & sales, product management and in the data center segment.
- Entrepreneurial mindset continuously looks for new approaches and new market opportunities.
- Adaptive leader with strong customer focus and continuous learning mindset
- Strong strategic mindset with abilities to deliver results.
- Proven experience in mobilizing diverse employee and customer groups for change initiatives as well as in developing and implementing impactful business initiatives.
- Fluently English language
