- We are looking for a Chapter Lead to:
- act as people and development manager for the chapter in the Crew Paying by Credit Cards, Debit Cards & Digital Wallets, be a mentor supporting growth and career progression and ensure highest standards are applied
- support and enable the chapter with new and emerging practices, learning opportunities and through capability building
- connect chapters to the wider UBS community of guilds, engage as thought and action leader beyond the direct remit of the crew
- work with crew leads, product owners and agile coaches to understand and resolve challenges as well as to explore opportunities and areas of collaboration

- You will be working in the Cards Product Management team in Zurich. **Your expertise**
- committed servant leader who can garner respect from individuals, puts their needs first, and with a strong attitude of transparency

- affinity for card products as well as digital wallets
- experienced in managing and leading business employees
- experience to work in an agile setup
- language capabilities - German: mother tongue level, English: fluently spoken and written
