Du bist in dieser vielseitigen Position für die gesamte Abwicklung von mittleren und grossen Investitionsprojekten (Schwerpunkt Pharma/Biotechnik/Chemie) unter Einhaltung von Projektrichtlinien sowie kundenspezifische bzw. behördlichen Normen und Standards verantwortlich. Zudem bist du zuständig für die Einhaltung der Qualitätsanforderungen, Terminvorgaben und Kosten in den jeweiligen Projekten. Das Führen des multidisziplinären Projektteams gehört ebenso zu deinem Aufgabenbereich. Des Weiteren führst du Risikoanalysen durch und erstellst Projekt-Statusberichte. Zudem bist du verantwortlich für die Umsetzung von projektbezogene Korrekturmassnahmen (Change und Claim Management). Weiter unterstützt du die Projektkalkulation.

**Erfahrung**
Du kannst mehrere Jahre Berufserfahrung als Projektmanager oder Projektingenieur vorweisen. Weiter verfügst du über sehr gute Fachkenntnisse in den verschiedenen Gewerken (Prozess, Bau und TGA). Zudem hast du eine ausgeprägter Teamfähigkeit, Überzeugungskraft und Durchsetzungsvermögen. Loyalität und Sozialkompetenz schreiben Sie GROSS. Kenntnisse in den Leistungsphasen der SIA sowie Kenntnisse im Bereich 2D-, 3D- und BIM-Planung sind von Vorteil.
