**Deine Challenges**
- People Operations: Du bist verantwortlich für die professionelle Abwicklung verschiedenster HR-Prozesse. Dazu gehören Arbeitsverträge, Mutationen, Arbeitsbestätigungen, Zwischen
- und Schlusszeugnisse, On
- und Offboarding, Personaldossiers. Du entwickelst unsere People Operations laufend weiter und bringst Ideen ein, wie wir unsere Prozesse laufend verbessern können.
- Soziales Engagement: Du planst und steuerst das jährliche Programm zu Gunsten von sozialen Einrichtungen und Stiftungen.

**Das bringst du mit**
- Erste Berufserfahrung in einer HR-Admin-Rolle und/oder in HR-Prozessen
- Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Grundausbildung mit Weiterbildung als HR-Fachperson
- Analytisches Denken, hohe Arbeitsqualität, Dienstleistungsorientierung sowie Diskretion
- Hohes Interesse und Motivation für die ständige Weiterentwicklung vom Team und von dir selbst
- Fliessende Deutsch
- und Englischkenntnisse
