**Responsibilities**:
- Grow and develop Toolbox for HR business and brand in Switzerland.
- Hire and manage a team of technical recruiters and managers over time.
- Partner with technical executives and founders to build out recruitment plans, career ladders, employee experience, etc.
- Present at international conferences.
- Network and influence key industry decision makers in Switzerland.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
- 15+ years working in a high growth, high tech environment for global companies.
- 8+ years people management experience including Built HR and Technical recruiting teams from scratch.
- Experienced working in Swiss, European, and US markets.
- Fluent in English.
Preferred qualifications:
- Highly networked in the Swiss, European, and US engineering or HR market.
- International presentation experience.
- Fluent in modern high tech culture including developing and rolling out OKRs, Career Ladders for engineering organizations, etc.
- Recent hands on experience recruiting all levels - from executives to interns.
- Strong mastery of technology and the talent landscape in traditional tech industry as well as Blockchain/Crypto
