**Admin Specialist -Chinese speaking, Location Zurich**
We are currently looking for an admin specialist. You will work in an international and dynamic environment and will work closely. The admin specialist reports directly to the Head of Administration Department. You are expected to proactively identify and initiate internal improvements as well as to broaden responsibilities beyond the job description. The position is based in Zurich.
**Main Responsibilities**
- Perform an extensive administration tasks: catering supplier and service management, service apartment booking management, etc
- Mobility service management: manage current mobility service and development the optimization plan to increase the satisfaction from internal clients.
- Internal meeting/event planning
- Partner with other team members on business related projects
- Additional support in close collaboration with team during busy period
**Your Profile**
- 3+ years' experience as an administrator or admin assistant
- Profound knowledge in Microsoft Office
- Service oriented, and confident personality
- Experience working in a constantly changing and dynamic environment
- Strong ability to learn, self-management skills and the ability to work independently
- High flexibility and able to manage multiple tasks, being target oriented and able to work under pressure
- Ability to work in a culturally diverse, high paced organization.
- Fluency in Chinese and English is a must, fluent German is an advantage
