If so, we want you on our **Sales Operations** team As a **Sales Operations Manager**, you'll play a critical role in **managing sales commissions and optimizing operations across Sales, Customer Success, and Partner Channel** teams. You'll be the trusted go-to expert for commission accuracy and process efficiency—helping our GTM teams perform at their best. If you love working with data, tools, and cross-functional teams while ensuring smooth execution, this role is for you **Key Responsibilities**: **Sales Commissions & Compensation**: - Execute **accurate commission calculations**, ensure appropriate settings in our commissions management tool, and maintain up-to-date quota attainment records. - Manage **commission contracts**and be the first point of contact for sales team inquiries. - Support the design and rollout of **annual compensation plans** in collaboration with Sales Leadership and our Legal department. **Revenue Operations Process Optimization**: - Design, refine, and manage operational workflows across **Sales, Customer Success,**and** Partner Channel Operations** to drive efficiency and effectiveness. - Provide ongoing training and support to GTM teams, ensuring smooth adoption of tools and processes. - Work closely with Sales and Customer Success stakeholders to define, measure, and report on key performance indicators that align with business goals. **What we look for in you**: - **2+ years of experience** in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, Business Operations, or a similar role, with a track record of driving efficiency and impact. - **Hands-on expertise** with SaaS CRM systems and understanding of the B2B SaaS tech stack. - **Advanced Google Sheets (or Excel) skills**, you are comfortable with working with functions like VLOOKUP, INDEX/MATCH, FILTER, IF, and Pivot Tables - **A sharp analytical mindset**, ensuring data accuracy and delivering insights that drive informed decisions. - **Exceptional organizational skills**, with a proactive and solution-oriented approach to tackling challenges. - **Adaptability in fast-paced environments**, responding quickly to shifting priorities and acting with urgency to drive results. - **A collaborative mindset**, thriving in cross-functional settings and working seamlessly with other teams to create impact. - **Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities**, enabling you to influence and collaborate effectively. - **Fluent in English.** **Bonus Points (Nice-to-Have)**: - Experience designing or managing SaaS B2B sales compensation plans and using commission management tools like Spiff. - Expertise in reporting and managing partner channel sales, ensuring accuracy, transparency, and seamless processing. - Familiarity with Planhat or other Customer Success Management platforms. - Proficiency with advanced Google Sheets functions, including QUERY, REGEX, and ARRAY. **What we offer**: - Competitive salary - Phone & Home Internet costs reimbursement up to 80 CHF/month - Home office set-up reimbursement up to 400 CHF - Personal Learning & Development Budget of 1500 USD/year - Sabbatical Program - 1 month paid leave at 3, 6, 10 year tenure - 25 days of annual leave/year - 2 Mental Health days off per year - Pension scheme plan with three options to choose from - Laptop for work purposes - Hybrid working model - Oh and don't forget about our Beekeeper Stock options **Who we are**: Beekeeper believes in the potential of every single employee.
