We are currently seeking a motivated and experience **Sales and Operations Manager**with experience in implementing complex projects in the area of **HVAC / Industrial Refrigeration**. **Main Responsibilities**:

- Leading an interdisciplinary team of sales engineers and project managers, fostering collaboration and innovative problem solving.
- Plan and oversee the execution of HVACR installation projects to achieve sales, margin, EBIT, TWC and customer satisfaction targets.
- Engage in pre-evaluation, risk assessment and provide accurate information to support sales activities.
- Nurturing our existing customers and actively working to win new customers
- Promote a culture of continuous improvement and best practices within the team
- Ensure compliance with safety and environmental standards for all team members and subcontractors.

**Your Qualifications**:

- Proven experience in HVAC/R or a senior project management role
- University degree in a technical field or a business background with technical affinity
- Strong leadership skills, with a track record of leading and mentoring team leaders
- Ability to analyze complex problems and implement effective solutions
- Proficiency in German and English, both written and spoken
