We are looking for an experienced and passionate digital marketing professional with an audience-first mindset to join our Central Marketing Team and support our 3rd party brands; namely AutoStore, Robomotive, and Rocket Solution. This senior personality with a solid marketing and digital campaigning background must have a strong expertise in the inbound marketing methodology and understand the dynamics of content and performance marketing tactics, and how these contribute to driving lead generation. The Marketing Manager will partner closely with internal and external stakeholders in order to steer global content and campaign initiatives for our 3rd party brands in a best-in-class manner and expertise with the overall goal of driving revenue and growing the 3rd party business.

Ihre Aufgaben

Content Marketing & Digital Campaigning

Solid expertise in inbound marketing - particularly content marketing and digital campaigning. Close collaboration with cross-functional teams (e.g. sales teams, content and campaign team, SEO expert) to develop a global marketing plan for 3rd party brands that would boost traffic, engagement, and conversion, and drive lead generation and business growth. Manage content creation for 3rd party brands, orchestrate the global campaign plan for 3rd party brands across owned, paid, and earned media, and supervise the local execution of these campaigns. Manage the global 3rd party brand budget.

Writing, Editing, Creative Collaboration

Proven experience in professional business writing and editing. The ability to effectively communicate complex information in a manner that attracts, engages, and converts our target audiences, ensuring the Kardex brand language is applied consistently in all content collateral.

Project and Stakeholder Management

Collaborate with multiple stakeholders both within and outside of the company to execute the growth strategy of our 3rd party brands. Balance multiple projects with competing priorities, meeting all deadlines without compromising quality. Proactively report regularly on project status to your line manager, team members, and marketing partners.

Performance Monitoring & Reporting

Collaborate with the Central Marketing Team to drive conversion and demand generation by mapping content to the buyer’s journey across multiple channels. Work closely with the Campaign Team to determine which digital communication channels are most effective for different content asset types in converting our target audiences. Leverage analytics tools and dashboards to measure campaign effectiveness and monitor the performance of marketing tactics.

Ihr Profil
- University degree in business studies, management, marketing, or related field.
- 5-7 years’ experience in B2B marketing - preferably in the intralogistics, robotics, or automation industry.
- Performance-driven individual with an in-depth understanding of the inbound marketing methodology.
- Strong expertise in content marketing and digital campaigning to drive lead generation and market growth.
- Proven ability to develop creative content that attracts, engages, and resonates with key audiences.
- Expertise in social media platforms and an active LinkedIn profile.
- Proficiency in marketing automation and CRM tools such as HubSpot, and analytics.
- Excellent verbal and written fluency in German and English.
