**Your role**
- Are you a people person? Do you know how to stay calm under pressure?
- We are looking for someone to:
- support Relationship Managers and Client Advisors
- be the point of entry for processing client orders
- make sure that administrative arrangements and client-related processes are completed
- carry out daily transaction processing and complex troubleshooting
- keep in contact with internal partners from the Investment Bank and Asset Management across the globe
- build working relationships with externals clients

- Global Family and Institutional Wealth (GFIW) is a unique joint venture between UBS Global Wealth Management (GWM) and UBS Investment Bank (IB). GFIW serves some of the largest institutional Family Office clients that require both, GWM services and access to IB capabilities, often across countries and booking centers. **Your expertise**
- knowledge of banking operations
- experience dealing with private or institutional clients and supporting front staff
- great computer skills and the willingness to learn new programs
- an interest in financial markets and in dealing with institutional-like clients
- resilient team player with an eye for details
- ability to work under pressure (you secretly love deadlines)
- fluent in German, good knowledge in English is a plus
