**WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT**

**This is a full-time internship for a duration of 6 months. **Please note that you must be enrolled to a university program for the duration of your internship**.**

**MAIN PURPOSE**
Organization success depends on our employees and Human Resource team works to assure that all the processes are working right to support our team. We would like to give back by investing in your future, ensuring you have full visibility into the workings of a big international organisation, when it comes to the HR processes.
**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Controlling: support with ensuring the accurate cost / FTE planning and monthly closing for entity.
- Compensation: support with preparation and coordination of the yearly regional salary review.
- Analytics: data analysis and reporting on HR activities.
**THE PROFILE**
**Your competencies**:
- You are a master’s student.
- You are curious and interested in data analysis, new data tools and technology.
- You have good use of MS Office (especially with MS Excel)
- You have strong analytical skill: ability to collect, analyze significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy.
- Self-motivated: strong growth mindset and learning agility.
- You are able orchestrate multiple activities at once. Use resources / data efficiently.
- Perseverance: pursues with energy, drive, and need to finish. You are patient and can deal especially with resistance or setbacks. You can easily work as an individual contributor in a matrix organization.
- Good understanding of HR functions can be an advantage.
- Languages: Fluency in English/ French is a plus.
