**MAIN PURPOSE**:
The regional financial controller of the RLGE Swiss Branch entity is responsible for managing financial reporting, planning and analysis of the Richemont Regional Functions in the European region. She/he coordinates the preparation of the monthly/annual financial statements, financial forecasts, and report variances and performance. The controller is the primary point of contact for the local markets and Management when it comes to costs and capex management in Europe, as well as sales analysis. She/he also supports various projects at regional and/or entity level. Additionally, she/he will support other Richemont functions from a financial point of view.

The regional financial controller reports to the FP&A Manager, and communicates with different stakeholders within the Group, the Region, local Markets and Maisons’ HQ. Being also part of the regional platform, the role sometimes goes beyond the standard perimeter. The controller is indeed leading some regional analysis (Sales, Cost, Capex, Cash Flow, etc), and also plays an important role in supporting the animation of the European controlling community.

**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES & DUTIES**
- **Europe Regional Budget cycles (30%)**
- Europe: lead budget process for 10 markets, working closely with local markets and the Regional Management:

- Consolidation of regional data (provided by markets and HR)
- Analyse and challenge figures when necessary to ensure full scope comprehension
- Analysis function by function and liaison with the respective regional team to ensure Group’s expectations are aligned with the numbers
- Regional consolidation and communication to Regional Management and Group
- Ensure accurate and timely load of budget figues in the reporting systems for your markets
- SEM Light (every BU/LE cycles)
- **Europe Monthly Closing & Reporting (20%)**
- Lead monthly closing activities for the Regional functions and markets, including:

- Monthly consolidated sales for the Region, analysis by country of residency
- Monthly review of actuals and accounting adjustments required (consistency checks)
- Analytical review of each market actuals vs budget and/or prior year, interact with appropriate stakeholders to understand/correct deviations, and ensure business commentary
- Management Reporting, including reports to Regional Management, Group Management, and a wider finance community in Europe
- Reporting of results to appropriate stakeholders (Sales, P&L, Capex, etc)
- Review numbers with the regional functions under your scope
- Analysis of Cash-Flow actuals for the Maisons under your scope, proactive communication of results to the Maisons’ HQ
- **Business & Projects (25%)**
- Lead and/or participate to a wide range of regional projects (integration of new Maisons, increase of scope, etc.), including SME workshops
- Support Richemont Europe Management in various ad-hoc requests
- Ensure continuous improvement of business processes to gain efficiency in the organization
- Development and improvement of reports and dashboards
- Support review and validation of Capital Approval Requests (CAR)
- **Collaboration with other departments (25%)**
- The controller will have a series of Regional functions under his/her scope (IT, Customer Service, Logistics, etc.) The controller will have to:

- Consolidate the regional for the functions from all the markets on a monthly, quarterly and annual basis
- Provide financial insight to the department’s Director and other key stakeholders
- Active role (up to main role) in the Budget and forecasts processes throughout the year
- Support any initiative at the department’s request

**YOUR COMPETENCIES**:

- You hold a Master degree in Finance of Business Administration or equivalent in an analytics-related field
- You have a first experience in finance (audit or controlling) with ideally IFRS exposure
- You are a result and action oriented professional, with a strong collaborative and customer oriented mindset
- You have a high mental agility, strong analytical skills and a good knowledge of finance & accounting
- You are fluent in English, French is a plus
- SAP, Microsoft Excel and Microsoft PowerPoint have no secret for you
