**Description du poste**:
Are you a finance professional with strong analytical skills and a keen sense of rigor? Join our team as a Financial Controller and play a crucial role in the financial management of our company.

**Responsibilities**:

- Ensure the reliability and integrity of financial information by overseeing general and analytical accounting.
- Develop and monitor annual budgets, financial forecasts, and medium
- to long-term plans.
- Analyze variances between forecasts and actuals, and propose corrective actions.
- Implement and improve management control tools and performance indicators.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for management and shareholders.
- Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory financial practices.
- Collaborate with various departments to optimize financial and operational processes.
- Participate in internal and external audits and provide necessary information to auditors.

**Profil recherché**:

- Advanced degree in finance, accounting, or management
- Significant experience in management control or audit, ideally in an international environment.
- Excellent command of office tools and financial management software (Excel, ERP, etc.).
- Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret financial data.
- Rigor, organization, and a sense of responsibility.
- Good communication skills and ability to work as part of a team.
- Proficiency in French is a must.
