What are we looking for?

**Responsibilities**:

- Producing timely, accurate, and reliable Financial statements to the management and the FINMA;
- Prepares profit and loss, and balance sheet accounts, as well as monthly reports to management, reporting to group consolidation group consolidations;
- Ability to book and to supervise bookings around general ledger journals, accruals, and prepayments. Reconciles accounts. Manages and controls the fixed asset register and capital expenditure controls;
- Responsible for the provision of timely, accurate, and reliable financial management information, and the running and enhancement of reporting systems that facilitate the production of this information. Strengthen the Internal Control system;
- Coordinating interaction with auditors at local level and group level, managing and ensuring proper budget monitoring;
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including Finance, Risk Management, and Business Units, to ensure accurate and timely reporting of regulatory information.

**Skills**:

- Bachelor's or master degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or a related field;
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and meet strict deadlines;
- Strong accounting skills at Swiss Gaap level - IFRS knowledge is a plus;
- Excellent written and oral communication skills, and this must include strong power point, excel and word;
- Strong analytical abilities, and sound judgement based on in-depth experience;
- Ability to interact well with all areas of the bank in all Locations, and all levels of seniority;
- English is a must; ability to speak French. Italian is considered as a plus.
