- Passionate about a career in the business support and about developing the operational mindset in a department, willing to understand the business and processes and bring additional value to our subsidiary- Then you must be the right person to join us as a “Retail Back-Office Controller” for the Swiss market**You will be successful in this role by accomplishing the following challenges**:
- Perform operational controls over sales and financial transactions of the boutiques you are in charge for one Maison
- Be the contact point of the stores for operational processes and controls
- Support the boutiques for compliance topics
- Plan and monitor inventories and related stock movements

**Your invaluable skills we are looking for**:
- You hold a Bachelor or Master’s degree in Finance, Management or Business related disciplines
- 2 years minimum experience in a financial position (controlling, accounting, audit ) or in the retail industry
- Committed, enthusiastic, flexible, organized and a positive thinker
- Good communication with strong facilitating skills
- You speak French and English fluently. German or Italian is a plus**Who will you be working with?**- You will report to the RBO, ICS & Compliance Manager and will interact with colleagues from very diverse Richemont functions & Maisons on the market
- The position is based in Meyrin with regular visits to different cities in Switzerland to support the boutiques**Wait, there is more**- This position will allow you to interact with a lot of stakeholders across the organization and will enable you to develop yourself in many different areas of expertise
