Then you must be the right person to join us as a “RBO and ICS Controller” for the Swiss market

**You will be successful in this role by accomplishing the following challenges**:

- Perform operational controls over sales and financial transactions of our stores
- Plan and monitor inventories and related stock movements
- Improve the operational processes in collaboration with the Maisons’ operations
- Support the boutiques you are in charge of among our 12 Maisons for compliance topics
- Provide ad-hoc trainings to enhance the compliance and operational knowledge of colleagues in boutiques and offices
- Manage the internal control matrix of the market and help the financial functions implementing new controls
- Be the point of contact for both internal and external audits and implement recommendations

**Your invaluable skills we are looking for**:

- You hold a Bachelor/Master’s degree in Finance, Management or Business related disciplines
- At least three years of professional experience in a similar role and/or in a finance position (audit, internal control, compliance,)
- Committed, enthusiastic, flexible, organized and a positive thinker
- Good communication with strong facilitating skills
- You speak French and English fluently. German is a plus

**Who will you be working with?**
- You will report to the RBO, ICS & Compliance Manager and will interact with colleagues from very diverse Richemont functions & Maisons on the market
- The position is based in Meyrin with 2 days a week trips to Fribourg where a part of the team is and with regular visits to different cities in Switzerland to support the boutiques
