**Financial Controller**

Are you a Financial Controller with a minimum of six years' professional experience working in financial controlling or financial analysis obtained within an international accounting firm, bilateral or multilateral aid agency ? And are you looking for your next challenge ?

Experis IT Switzerland is currently on the search for a Financial Controller to join one of their clients, an NGO, based in Geneva.

**Key Responsibilities will include**

You will support the roll out of the Secretariat Operating Expenditures (OPEX), Strategic Initiatives (SI) and Grant allocation budgeting and forecasting processes as per the Client's annual financial planning.

You will support the IT department with the development of their annual OPEX and quarterly reforecasts, analyzing and
reporting on the actual performances and providing timely and accurate reports on variance analysis and trends to enable better measurement and monitoring of organizational performance against strategic objectives.

**To deliver the required results, it's essential that you are / have**:

- Degree in Finance or Economics (Bachelor's in finance or economics) or accounting qualification (professional qualification such as a Chartered Accountant, Certified Public Accountant, Certified Financial Analyst, Fédération des Experts-Comptables Européens)
- Minimum 6 years of demonstrated professional experience overseeing a financial controlling (budgeting and forecasting processes)
- Progressive experience in financial controlling or financial analysis obtained within an international accounting firm, bilateral or multilateral aid agency, government department
- Experience in the use of financial planning systems (**Hyperion Planning**), and management reporting tools
- Fluent in English and ideally working knowledge of French.
