Accounting Controller

**Responsibilities**:

- Harmonise, standardise, and improve accounting processes increasing effectiveness of the entire accounting function.
- Prepare and present to the top management the monthly reporting, with strong attention to detail and presentation of financial figures.
- Act as a direct support of the Accounting Manager, and within a team of several accountants.
- Manages multiple projects and priorities, organise work and meet deadlines
- Document policies, procedures and controls related to accounting processes and systems

**Profile**:

- Master’s degree in a finance/accounting related field
- Experience (4-5 years) in Audit and/or Financial Controlling
- Knowledge of SAP is a strong advantage
- Hands-on however organized and structured
- Ability to take decisions to ensure proper solutions get delivered
- Profound knowledge in both IFRS
- Strong team spirit and proven ability to work in and with multi-site teams
- Good communication to ensure proper influence in the organization
- Strong command of spoken and written English
- Excellent communication skills and sense of empathy
- Reliable, problem-solving skills and used to work within tight deadlines
