**About Crypto Finance**:
The Crypto Finance Group comprises two FINMA-regulated financial institutions and a BaFin-regulated subsidiary in Germany. As part of Deutsche Börse Group, Crypto Finance AG provides professional digital asset solutions to institutional clients. This includes one of the first FINMA-approved securities firms offering 24/7 brokerage services, along with custody, staking, infrastructure, and tokenisation solutions. Additionally, it features the first FINMA-approved manager of collective assets for crypto assets, managing the first Swiss crypto fund. Headquartered in Switzerland, the Crypto Finance Group's German subsidiary has secured four BaFin licenses to provide brokerage and custody services.

We are currently looking for a **Strategy & Projects Intern **to join our team for 3 months. The starting date is asap at our office on the 24th floor of the Prime Tower in Zurich.

**Responsibilities**:

- Contribute to process mapping and the implementation of best practices across the organisation
- Provide support in planning and managing projects (scoping, milestones, deliverables, steering, etc.), and hands-on support for selected action items within projects
- Support in updating market research and analysis
- Build up relationships and a network with the different stakeholders within Crypto Finance AG

**Requirements**:

- Completed vocational training or currently studying
- Strong results orientation, leveraging project management skills, and an entrepreneurial mindset to guide cross-departmental efforts
- Exceptional problem-solving skills, with an ability to structure ambiguous questions, thoughtfully prioritise efforts, and efficiently drive towards clear recommendations
- Service orientation, team spirit, and eagerness to learn
- Excellent Microsoft Office skills
- Full working proficiency in English; German is a plus
- Eligible to work in Switzerland
