As a boutique consulting firm, we are currently seeking a Junior Consultant – Strategy (80% - 100%) for our Zurich office. Are you a recent graduate with a keen interest in strategic management and consulting? Are you eager to apply your analytical skills to consulting projects and contribute to the development of business strategies?Your Responsibilities:Support senior consultants in conducting market research and analysisAssist in the development of business strategies and recommendationsParticipate in client workshops and meetingsContribute to the preparation of presentations and reportsCollaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver strategic projectsConduct competitive analysis and benchmarkingAssist in the development of strategic plans and roadmapsAnalyze technology and industry trends and their impact on client businessesSupport in the execution of strategic initiatives and transformation projectsApply strategy assessment frameworks and develop financial models and business cases to support strategic decision-makingAssist in the implementation and monitoring of strategic initiativesParticipate in strategy formulation and strategic planning sessionsYour Profile:Bachelor's, Master's, or equivalent degree in a relevant field such as law, business, accounting, IT, engineering, or sciencePrevious experience in strategic management or consulting preferredExcellent analytical and problem-solving skillsAbility to work well in a team and independentlyProficiency in MS Office applications (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)Fluent in German (Swiss German preferred) and proficient in English.
