Role Description:

The
Strategy Intern
supports the strategic planning and business development efforts of the organization by conducting research, analyzing data, and contributing to the design and execution of key strategic initiatives. This internship offers a unique opportunity to work closely with senior leaders and cross-functional teams to help define priorities, assess market opportunities, and develop actionable insights that drive growth and innovation.

Key responsibilities include gathering and analyzing quantitative and qualitative data to evaluate industry trends, competitors, and emerging opportunities. The Strategy Intern will assist in preparing financial and market analyses, building presentations for executive meetings, and supporting the development of strategic recommendations. The role also involves contributing to business case development, identifying performance improvement opportunities, and participating in special projects such as digital transformation, process optimization, or new market entry.

The ideal candidate is analytical, curious, and highly motivated, with a strong interest in strategy, management, and business transformation. They should be comfortable working with data, thinking critically, and communicating insights clearly. The Strategy Intern is expected to collaborate effectively with different departments, manage multiple tasks simultaneously, and demonstrate a proactive approach to problem-solving. This internship provides a valuable learning experience and exposure to strategic decision-making processes in a dynamic, professional setting.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree (in progress) in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, Management, or a related field.
  • Strong analytical and quantitative skills with the ability to interpret complex data.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word); familiarity with analytical or visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) is an asset.
  • Strong research and critical-thinking skills with a keen attention to detail.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within cross-functional teams.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Curiosity, adaptability, and enthusiasm for learning in a fast-paced environment.
  • Prior internship experience in consulting, finance, or corporate strategy is a plus.
