Intern - Retail Strategy

We are looking for fresh ideas, curious minds and passionate individuals ready to make a difference. Our internships generally last 6 months and you will be fully embedded in a team.

• Support with strategic analysis (e.g., campaign insights, impact of a pilot on store performance) and enable data-driven decision-making
• Collaborate with cross-functional, multi-disciplinary teams to collect data and enrich your analyses and interpretation
• Implement new processes and challenge and improve existing ones

• Highly motivated problem solver who enjoys coming up with creative solutions in an agile environment
• Passion for Retail and the sportswear industry
• Analytical mindset, able to research and analyze data efficiently, identify trends and comfortably form insights to tell the data story
• Knowledge of Excel or Google Sheets (pivot tables, power queries, macros). Knowledge of BI tools (e.g. Looker, Looker Studio) is of advantage
• Good communication and presentation skills
• Fluent in English

The Retail Strategy team sets the foundation for On's Retail channel with the strategic direction and insights that drive decision making. We're a group of curious, creative and passionate people coming together to unveil valuable business insights from all angles to support a growing and evolving Retail business.

As an interdisciplinary team, we work closely with all other Retail and partner teams, such as Retail Operations, Retail Merchandising, Real Estate, Retail Design, Controlling, and many others.

Just by the banks of the Limmat you'll find our largest global hub in Zürich West – On Labs – where you can hike up 12 floors through our custom-built spiral trail.
