Role Description:

The Strategy Intern supports the development and execution of strategic initiatives that drive organizational growth, operational excellence, and innovation. Working closely with the strategy and leadership teams, this role involves conducting market research, financial analysis, and competitive benchmarking to inform key business decisions. The intern will contribute to strategic planning processes, performance tracking, and special projects designed to strengthen the company's long-term positioning.

Key responsibilities include gathering and analyzing data to evaluate market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments. The Strategy Intern will assist in building financial and operational models, preparing presentations for management, and supporting the evaluation of new business opportunities. This may also include contributing to strategic reviews, helping define KPIs, and assessing process improvement or digital transformation initiatives. The role offers hands-on exposure to high-level decision-making and provides valuable insight into corporate strategy development and execution.

The ideal candidate is analytical, detail-oriented, and curious, with a strong interest in strategy, business development, and organizational growth. They possess excellent problem-solving abilities and communication skills, with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights. The Strategy Intern should be proactive, adaptable, and capable of working effectively in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree (in progress) in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, Management, or a related field.
  • Strong analytical and quantitative skills with proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Knowledge of business analysis tools and techniques; familiarity with financial modeling is a plus.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present insights clearly.
  • Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines.
  • Interest in corporate strategy, management consulting, or innovation-driven industries.
  • Strong attention to detail, intellectual curiosity, and eagerness to learn.
  • Experience with research, data visualization, or project coordination is an asset.
  • Collaborative mindset and willingness to contribute to team initiatives.
