For our Head Offices in Zurich, we are currently looking for a
- Description/Tasks:

- Conduct audits in accordance with the Company's Airworthiness and Air Operations audit program, facilitate root cause analysis, manage and review corrective / preventive action effectiveness and ensure finding closures/ escalation as necessary
- Process Occurrence Reports and conduct HFACS / Root Cause analysis
- Liaise with various Aviation Authorities (NAA) on airworthiness and operational approval matters.
- Facilitate the audit planning and follow up in the Jet Aviation audit planning tool
- Support the Definition of procedures in conjunction with operating staff. Bringing together staff of different disciplines and driving the group to plan, formulate and agree comprehensive safety & quality procedures
- Support Departments in their development of procedures and processes to ensure safety and compliance
- Maintain an overview of the Company's Documentation system, assess system efficiency & control, and assess if communication on changes and updates are effective
- Prepare clear explanatory documents/ correspondences, on audit and quality matters
- Conduct briefings, coach and advise operational staff on procedures, regulations and support regulatory awareness programs
- Promote quality/ safety achievement and performance improvement throughout the organization
- Lead or participate in continuous improvement projects
- Management and conduct of airworthiness and operations compliance in accordance to regulatory and company requirements
- Conduct of airworthiness audits and compliance investigations
- Formulation of root causes and corresponding solution proposal
- Process development in conjunction with process owners
- Represent Jet Aviation as one company internally and externally with industry groups, regulatory bodies and the General Dynamics network
- Qualification/Experience:

- Minimum 3 years of experience in the airworthiness management environment or equivalent
- The applicable ICAO-, EASA- and Swiss federal civil aviation safety, security and compliance regulations and any associated procedures
- Airline Management System concepts (safety, compliance and security)
- Management experience and expertise in Management System, preferably in a comparable organization, would be an advantage
- High social competence, credibility and conflict resolution ability
- Strong personal values corresponding with Jet Aviation values (Trust, Honesty, Alignment, Transparency)
