**YOUR CHALLENGE**:

- Demonstrate effective leadership for the team and wider Compliance department to foster a strong risk culture and support sustainable growth ambitions of the organisation
- Set clear priorities, support and motivate a dynamic, diverse, and growing team

- Responsible for prioritization of cases and distribution of workload within the team
- Responsible for reporting and escalation of potential breaches, sensitive cases or delays to the relevant stakeholders

**Role specifics Description of Responsibilities Head Compliance Control Room**
- Ensuring Compliance to Insider Trading Regulations
- Acting as Single Point of Contact for Legal & Administrative cooperation with regard to Market Abuse (as required by FINMA)
- Reporting Management Transactions in JB Securities to relevant exchanges
- Monitoring Personal Account Transactions (PAT)
- Ensuring Adherence to Trading Bans
- Ensuring Compliance to Front-, Parallel
- After Running Regulations

**YOUR PROFILE**:

- Strong decisive, result-oriented manager of people and projects with the ability to provide leadership to a team of peers and in some cases to senior leaders
- Strong communication skills to deal with our employees and stakeholders on different management levels
- Exhibit sound judgment and discretion
- Attention to strategy as well as details and with strong follow up skills
- Flair for IT and other information utility or database know-how is another advantage
- Proven track record as a leader (or deputy head) of a team or projects
- 7+ years of professional experience in the financial business, preferably in the area of Compliance Control Room or similar control functions
- University degree (Bachelor or Master), preferable in Economics, Legal, Audit, or Finance, alternatively another higher education with a strong career development
