**Your role**
- Are you passionate about people development, future skills, culture change and communication? Can you communicate about people and culture in an engaging way? - We’re looking for a Business Manager with a focus on people-related, culture and communication topics to:
- Contribute to strategic change initiatives for GCRG as part of our transformation journey
- Support our function-specific transformation-related people and skills activities in terms of our future people strategy new skill-building/development activities for approx. 3,000 employees around the globe
- Develop a variety of transformation-related communications aligned to the priorities and strategic goals of our function incl. newsletters, success story articles, a variety of engagement formats and ad-hoc comms for senior management
- Collaborate on transformation-related senior management events incl. townhalls, quarterly calls and (annual) conferences
- Work with a variety of stakeholders both within our function like our central Chief of Staff, our Transformation team and with supporting units, mainly Human Resources and Group Internal Communications
- Support on GCRG Head People & Culture Transformation projects and requests
**Your team**
- You’ll be working in the GCRG People & Culture Transformation team in Zurich in a hybrid work setting. GCRG is the competence center for Compliance and Operational Risk Control, Governmental and Regulatory Affairs as well as Investigations and Governance matters. At GCRG, we put people at the heart of everything we do. As part of that, you'll be working closely with the GCRG Chief of Staff, GCRG Management Team and the GCRG Senior Leadership Group.

**Your expertise**
- Experience working in Chief of Staff / Business Management roles, Human Resources, Communications or in a similar role in the businessAutonomous, motivated, resilient and self-directed team player, diligent and detail-oriented work style
- Results-oriented and assertive with a practical, hands on and delivery-focused personality
- Flexible and able to respond quickly to urgent requests and ability to prioritize tasks based on business and stakeholder needs
- Ability to creatively solve problems, evaluate new ideas and challenge the status quo
- A great team player and strong collaborator across functions and teams
- Good communication skills, comfortable interacting with colleagues at all levels and cross-countries
- A bachelor or master’s degree in a relevant field of study or similar qualifications
- Strong Microsoft Office skills
- Excellent English speaker/writer, German is an advantage
