Business Developer of Financial Storage (ICT architecture )
- Market insight: Identify project leads based on profound insight into market trends, customer network, and competition landscape.
- Go-to-market: monitor the quality of go-to-market documentation, adapt sales strategy to local conditions, and input market development toolkit for higher project win rate.
- Project operation: design solution strategy and operate major projects.
- Customer communication: identify customer core requirements and convert them to product solutions, establish trustworthy customer relationship, and influence customer decisions in project bidding.

**Professional Knowledge**
- Product competency guiding: based on thorough market investigation, propose distinguished solution features and push for R&D implementation.
- Requirements understanding and solution design: deeply understand the ICT architecture and business strategy of customers, translate customer's business needs into core ICT building requirements.

**Skill requirement**:

- Self-Starter, strong business acumen and analytical/ forecasting skills
- Strong verbal and written communications skills including presentation skills
- High flexibility and able to manage multiple tasks, being target oriented and able to work under pressure
- Ability to work in a culturally diverse, high paced organization
- Good communication and teamwork
- Fluent in written and spoken English, German would be an asset
