Financial Controller (m/w/d)

Ihre Aufgaben
- Verantwortung des Fondscontrollings sowie des unternehmerischen Controllings
- Verantwortung der Unternehmensplanung
- Erarbeitung sowie Auswertung von Statusberichten, Ad-Hoc
- und Abweichungsanalysen sowie Überwachung von steuerungsrelevanten Kennzahlen
- Zentraler Ansprechpartner für Wirtschaftsprüfer sowie Übernahme der Korrespondenz mit Steuerbehörden
- Ausbau des Berichtswesens sowie Anfertigung von Präsentationen und Entscheidungsvorlagen für die Geschäftsleitung und Gesellschafter
- Festlegung und Monitoring von relevanten KPIs sowie regelmässiges Reporting an die Geschäftsführung

Ihre Qualifikation
- Abgeschlossenes Studium der Betriebs
- oder Wirtschaftswissenschaft, idealerweise mit Schwerpunkt Controlling oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
- Mehrere Jahre Erfahrung im Controlling eines im Finanzbereich agierenden Unternehmens
- Entscheidungs
- und Durchsetzungsfähigkeit verbunden mit einem hohen Mass an unternehmerischem Denken und Handeln
- Ausgeprägte Zahlenaffinität, Analysefähigkeit und Ergebnisorientierung gepaart mit einem kommunikationsstarken Auftreten
- Sehr gute Kenntnisse der deutschen und englischen Sprache in Wort und Schrift
- Versierter Umgang mit dem Microsoft Office Paket, insbesondere Excel
- Freude an der Verbindung von Nachhaltigkeit und Rendite
