Die Klingel medical metal group ist mit 870 Mitarbeitern, acht Standorten in zwei Ländern führender Hersteller hochkomplexer CNC-Dreh
- sowie Frästeile. Neben der Komplettbearbeitung von Metall für die Medizintechnik und der Entwicklung (dental-)medizinischer Instrumente, Werkzeuge und Komponenten bieten wir auch steriles Verpacken an. Unterstützt werden wir dabei von motivierten und gut ausgebildeten Mitarbeitern, die sich mit einem ausgeprägten Bewusstsein für hohe Qualitätsstandards auszeichnen.

Zur Unterstützung des Sales Teams **am Standort Hölstein** suchen wir eine/n Assistent/in Project Management.

**Aufgaben**:

- Administrativer Support (Organisation von Meetings, Erstellung von Dokumentationen, Protokollierung während Projektmeetings, etc.)
- Erstellung von Unterlagen, Dokumentationen, Kennzahlen und Präsentationen in Abstimmung mit dem Projektmanager
- Verantwortlich für Dokumentenkontrolle und -Befüllung (Projektmappe und SAP)
- Büroorganisation und Abwicklung ankommender Verwaltungsaufgaben
- Projektverwaltung
- Mitarbeit bei der Weiterentwicklung des Managementsystems nach ISO 13485

**Anforderungen**:

- Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung
- 2 - 3 Jahre Erfahrung in Bereich Assistenz / Customer Service (im Project Management von Vorteil)
- sehr gute mündliche und schriftliche Deutsch
- und Englischkenntnisse (First Level)
- selbständige, sorgfältige, strukturierte und exakte Arbeitsweise
- Kommunikative, kontaktfreudige und kundenorientierte Persönlichkeit
- teamfähig und belastbar
