* IT - Project Management * Basel-Stadt * Contracting * Teilzeit, 40-50% * per sofort mit Option auf Verlängerung) * PMO, Project Management, Jira, MS Office **Ihre Aufgaben:** * Verantwortung für die interne und externe Projektkommunikation, einschließlich der Erstellung von Projektberichten, Präsentationen und Dokumentationen * Koordination und Organisation von Projektmeetings, Workshops und anderen projektbezogenen Veranstaltungen * Pflege und Aktualisierung von Projektplänen und -dokumentationen in Zusammenarbeit mit dem Projektteam * Unterstützung bei der Überwachung und Berichterstattung über den Projektfortschrit * Unterstützung bei der Erstellung und Pflege von Projektwebsites und anderen Kommunikationsplattformen **Ihr Profil:** * Erfahrung im Projektmanagement oder in der Projektassistenz, idealerweise im IT-Bereich * Abgeschlossene Ausbildung oder Studium im Bereich Betriebswirtschaft, Kommunikation, Informatik oder einer vergleichbaren Qualifikation * Sie haben einen sicheren Umgang mit MS-Office und digitalen Kommunikationskanälen, Erfahrung mit Projektmanagement-Tools (z.B. Microsoft Project, JIRA) und im Umgang mit Content-Management-Systemen und anderen Kommunikationsplattformen ist von Vorteil * Sie sind eine verantwortungsbewusste, selbstständige und strukturierte Persönlichkeit mit hoher Dienstleistungsorientierung sowie stilsicheren Deutschkenntnissen (Wort und Schrift). Englischkenntnisse auf min. B2 Level runden Ihr Profil ab
