to help drive our mission: improving outcomes for people living with advanced immunological diseases—starting with severe respiratory conditions.

This position reports to our Head of Program & Lifecycle Management (who reports to our COO).

The Opportunity:

  • Play a pivotal role in advancing high-impact, clinical-stage programs — supporting strategic planning and flawless cross-functional execution.
  • Partner with project leaders and functional experts to integrate clinical, CMC, regulatory, and commercial workstreams into a single, coherent plan.
  • Lead the development of project management systems and fit-for-purpose processes that keep teams aligned and informed.
  • Champion the use of advanced project management and AI-driven tools to simplify complexity and enable timely, data-driven decisions.
  • Foster collaboration, transparency, and creative problem-solving across diverse functions and external partners.
  • Drive operational excellence by maintaining clarity on milestones, risks, and priorities — ensuring progress is purposeful and well-coordinated.

  • Proven life sciences project management track record (10+ years), ideally with experience in biologics and clinical development.
