**VM & POS Animations Manager**

Reporting to the Retail Director, you will be in charge of elaborating, proposing and implementing the Visual Merchandising strategy of the brand.

**You will make an impact by**:

- Defining the VM strategy with the goal of enhancing the brand visibility, desirability and the commercial efficiency of our collections by developing strong and relevant VM tools (window animations, permanent posm, sales accessories, gifting and packaging)
- Reinforcing the Brand Image in all commercial physical touchpoints (wholesale, retail, pop-up, POS animations) by developing clear and impactful POS Animations
- Defining zoning strategy and providing guidelines for market implementations
- Developing the Piaget boutique environment strategy (decorative items, music, scents and iconography) in order to build up the Brand storytelling
- Handling HQ budget and monitoring spending
- Supporting market in the budget definition and follow-up
- Engaging, developing and leading a team of 3 people

**The exceptional skills we are looking for**:

- You have a solid background in Visual Merchandising (minimum 7 years), ideally in the field of luxury
- You have leadership and strong project management skills
- You have strong communication skills in English and French (both written and oral)
- You are results oriented and client centric
- You are structured with an analytical mindset
- You are dynamic with a collaborative approach
- You are able to think outside the box
