**Deine Verantwortung**:

- Unterstützung der Kunden bei Projekten, Support
- und Wartungs-Einsätzen vor Ort oder per Fernwartung
- Problem Analyse, Störungsbeseitigung und Dokumentation von On-Premise und Cloud IT-Systeme
- Enge Zusammenarbeit mit dem Engineering und den hoch qualifizierten Projektleitern
- Teamleiter mit Fokus Kundenzufriedenheit und Serviceverfügbarkeit, mit optimaler Einsatzabstimmung
- Fachverantwortung für das Team Operation Services
- Verantwortlich für Incident-Management
- Koordination und Sicherstellung von bereichsübergreifenden Supportfällen und Serviceaufträgen
- Managen, organisieren und kontinuierliches Weiterentwickeln des Operation Services Teams

**Deine Skills**:

- Abgeschlossene ICT-Grundausbildung mit Berufserfahrung im IT-Support oder abgeschlossenes Studium Fachrichtung Informatik
- Vertiefte Kenntnisse im Umgang mit ITSM, ITIL und Microsoft-Produkten
- Analytische Denkweise mit Führungsqualitäten
- Leistungs-/Lernbereitschaft, mit rascher Auffassungsgabe und Begeisterung
- Starke Kundenorientierung mit unternehmerischem Denken
- gute Englischkenntnisse
