**What you will do**:

- Manage compensation programs and processes such as salary review process, variable compensation programs
- Analyse compensation data, external benchmarks and design of pay structures
- Contribute to compensation & benefits related projects in Switzerland and international subsidiaries
- Manage international assignees and employees who work in a cross-border setup

**What you bring & who you are**:

- You have at least 3 to 5 years of experience in managing compensation programs and processes
- You have first experience in managing international assignees an advantage
- You have good analytical skills and ability to draw conclusions from data
- You have a collaborative working style
- You design and run processes involving several parties / teams
- You have advanced excel skills / knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors an advantage
- You have good verbal and written English language skills / German is an advantage
