- Work directly with Product Owners and other stakeholders to initiate, plan and coordinate key projects across different teams
- Define, prioritize and plan activities, milestones and deliverables proactively identifying potential roadblocks and developing strategies to overcome them
- Regularly monitor and communicate project status and report to stakeholders and top management
- Support Product Owners in demand management from Business
- Ensure alignment of key strategic priorities and objectives to the company roadmap.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement by regularly assessing and refining project management processes and practices

**You are**
An enthusiastic Project Manager passionate about Digital Transformation and Software Development **and impress us with**:

- 2+ years of experience as Project Manager or similar role in digital transformation context
- Strong understanding of IT Project Management methodologies
- Experience in software architecture and development lifecycle. Salesforce knowledge or other cloud-based solutions is a plus
- Experience in facilitating, setting up, and structuring workshops with business and technical attendants
- Fluent English required. German at B1 or higher is a plus
- Strong ownership mindset. Self-motivated and passionate; able to deliver without being asked.
- Experience with project management tools such as Jira, Trello, or Asana
