**Deine Verantwortung**:

- Ansprechpartner für Rechtsfragen aus diversen Gebieten wie z.B. Unternehmensentwicklung (u.a. Startups, Venturing), Branding, Hypotheken und HR
- Unterstützung bei Verhandlungen sowie Redaktion von Verträgen und anderen rechtlichen Dokumenten
- Bearbeitung von Rechtsfällen und Vertretung vor Gericht in den oben genannten Rechtsgebieten
- Unterstützung der internen Ansprechpartner in allen anderen Rechtsgebieten, welche durch Legal & Compliance betreut werden
- Diese Stelle ist mit einem Pensum von 50-100% zu besetzen und auch im Job-Sharing möglich

**Deine Qualifikation**:

- Masterabschluss in Rechtswissenschaften, Anwaltspatent von Vorteil
- Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung als Jurist/in in den relevanten Aufgabengebieten
- Deutsche Muttersprache, vertragssichere Englischkenntnisse
- Lösungsorientierte Denkweise sowie starke kommunikative Fähigkeiten
- Eigeninitiativ, engagiert und teamorientiert
