In unserer Legal & Compliance Abteilung suchen wir per sofort oder nach Vereinbarung einen Legal Counsel im Bereich Arbeitsrecht sowie in den mit dem Zahlkartengeschäft verbundenen Rechtsgebieten.
Wir bieten dir die Möglichkeit, dies aktiv mitzugestalten und dabei auch Einblick in weitere Themen aus dem Finanzsektor und Bankenumfeld zu erhalten. Der Arbeitsort ist Zürich Oerlikon. Nach Absprache und Notwendigkeit ist das Arbeiten im Home Office möglich.

**Aufgaben**:

- Verantwortung des Legal Managements für einzelne Geschäftsbereiche innerhalb der Viseca als Key Account;
- Key Account für den Bereich HR und Verantwortung von arbeitsrechtlichen Fällen;
- Unterstützung des General Counsel’s in strategischen Themen der Viseca.

**Profil**:

- Du verfügst über ein abgeschlossenes juristisches Studium, Anwaltspatent sowie idealerweise Zusatzausbildung.
- Du verfügst über Berufserfahrung bei einer Anwaltskanzlei, einem Finanzdienstleistungs-/Beratungsunternehmen oder Unternehmensrechtsdienst.
- Du hast eine Affinität zu Digitalisierungsthemen und bist gegenüber allen Themen eines Fintech-Unternehmens aufgeschlossen.
- Du bist ein engagierter und lösungsorientierter Teamplayer, verfügst über sehr gute kommunikative Fähigkeiten und kannst komplexe Zusammenhänge übersichtlich und adressatengerecht darstellen.
- Du verfügst über stilsichere Deutschkenntnisse in Schrift und Sprache und gute Englischkenntnisse (Französisch
- und Italienischkenntnisse sind von Vorteil).
