We are excited to offer this new role to a passionate, business-oriented, pragmatic, and proactive Legal Counsel who has a demonstrated ability to independently manage a diverse and complex workload, while maintaining priorities and proactively anticipating issues. As team member of the On Legal team, you take ownership in a broad range of day-to-day topics in the areas of commercial contracts, employment law, corporate housekeeping and other legal issues that arise at a fast growing premium sports brand. After a thorough onboarding process, you will soon be involved in a variety of interesting legal projects in an innovative and fast-paced environment, where every day is a different game, and you will have the chance to personally grow with this role.

Your Team:
Working out of our brand new head-office in Zurich, the On legal team supports all business units across the globe in their daily endeavours. Being part of the legal team at On means to be an entrepreneurial minded self-starter, who is not afraid of venturing into unknown territory and working autonomously and with a high degree of pro-activeness. Our mission is to provide the global organisation with business-oriented advise and therewith helping and enabling On to grow internally and externally. You will be part of a team of lawyers and paralegals and report directly to the Group General Counsel and Company Secretary of On.

Your Mission:

- You will provide the entire organisation with hands-on advise in a broad range of legal topics
- Support cross-functional and business initiatives from inception to execution
- Handle legal risk in a business minded and entrepreneurial mindset
- Support the whole On team on various internal and external legal questions and issues
- Coordinate outside counsel across the globe (if external legal advice is needed)

Your Story:

- Master of Law (Swiss or European bar admission is a plus)
- Three to five years experience in an international environment (in-house experience preferred)
- The ideal profile comes with inhouse experience particularly in some of the following fields: contract law in many different areas such as sales, marketing, sponsoring, distribution etc., employment law, real estate, competition law and IT/e-commerce.
- Demonstrated ability to independently manage a diverse and complex workload while maintaining priorities and proactively anticipating issues
- Interested in a broad range of legal topics and at ease in contacting internal and international team members independently and proactively
- Proficiency in German and English are a must, other languages are a plus
- Foreign studies or working experience abroad is a plus
