We are currently seeking **General Legal Counsel (m/w/d)** to work with various Axiom clients across all industries.
**Responsibilities**:
- Providing legal advice and support on a variety of corporate legal matters in an international environment.
- Drafting and negotiating a wide variety of commercial contracts, including supply, distribution, purchasing, service and technology licensing agreements.
**Minimum Qualifications**:
- University degree in law. Swiss bar exam is a great plus.
- 1+ year experience as a General Counsel with corporate or commercial law within an in-house or law firm position.
- Strong contracting or corporate legal skills including, but not limited to, data protection.
- Fluency in English; German is a plus.
- Ability to take on large international projects.
**Compensation, Benefits & Location**:
