The HRBP will partner with Chief Sales Officer and regional teams to consult and support implementation of the people strategy. Will also ensure the organization has the people capabilities to deliver the business goals by coaching the business leaders and, driving effective communication, engagement & collaboration across the organization. European time zone-based preferred.

**Your responsibilities**:

- Plays a key role in leading the HR transformation and integration.
- Understand the business drivers, the current and long-term strategy and develops strategic priorities in support of the overall people, culture, and organizational strategy while focusing on improving business productivity.
- Establish strong relationships with employees and managers, act as consultant, sparring partner and coach
- Advises global business leaders in understanding organizational needs and developing enablers that allow the organization to deliver on defined priorities and achieve a value-centric culture.
- Facilitates and enables the success of change management initiatives by driving behavioral change and continuous improvement.
- Reviews the HR function cost performance in their business, rolling forecast preparation, achievement of plan and suggests corrective measures in case of deviations.
- Monitors performance, identifies issues, and develops action plans to support the business in meeting financial goals set for the HR function.
- Ensure that the area of responsibility has a healthy and sustainable talent structure, with a particular focus on the succession pipeline and is properly organized, staffed and directed.
- Analyzes and ensures the level of compliance with legislation, HR policies, and other compliance standards in all areas of responsibility.
- Ensures all employees understand the ABB safety and integrity standards and follow the same strictly.
- Partners with global business leaders on people strategies implementation.
- Provides leadership and guidance to ensure that the Global Sales Organization in Machine Automation - B&R is properly organized, staffed, skilled, and directed.
- Represents HR in the business, establishing strong relationships with all business leaders and employees.

**Your background**:

- Wide senior experience in Human Resources, working as senior HR Business Partner in the industrial or technological market, within a global environment.
- Expert in change management and experience in transformational processes; M&A management will be valued.
- Ability to manage multiple demands on your time and to work in cross-functional teams.
- Strategical thinking as well as hands-on attitude is essential.
- Understanding of financial and ability to create plans and provide advise accordingly.
- Experience in handling conflict situations, influencing abilities and capability of relationship with high level roles.
- In general very high level of soft skills, particularly in the areas of empathy, patience, problem solving and assertive communication.
- Should be open to travel occasionally.
- English fluent required.
