In this role you will implement service strategy and drive service growth within the Blending Business Line. You will focus on the growth and customer satisfaction by aligning organizational service strategies and secure profitable sales. This role is open globally in all ABB Offices.

**This position reports to**:
Global Blending Manager Business Line

**Your responsibilities**:

- Implement the Blending Service Business Line, leading the development of products and system service strategies with the Local Business Units and Hubs.
- Collaborate with local Business Units and Hubs to maximize opportunities for the Service organization
- Represent Blending Service Business Line at gGlobal management meetings and other service forums
- Lead the development of in-depth market knowledge and ensure acquired information is shared with the Local Business Units for their use
- Determine service sales targets for the Business Line taking responsibility and accountability for the profit and loss of the Blending Business Line Service
- Invest and drive initiatives for profitable growth and increased market penetration of the Business Line through service sales
- Ensure service organization is aligned with Business Line defined accounts.
- Implement agreed delivery and performance standards to ensure consistency in quality and customer satisfaction across the Business Line based on service strategies.
- Ensure that the Business Line operates, continuously improves, and adapts to changing market needs
- Ensure (with HR Manager support) that the area of responsibility is properly organized, staffed, skilled and directed

**Your background**:

- Bachelor's or higher degree in a related field
- 15+ years of experience in Process, Automation or Engineering Design service
- 5+ years of experience in management
- Demonstrated effective leadership skills required in sales or service
- Understanding of P&L is required
