Fairwalter's CHF 1m convertible financing round in February 2021 was an inflection point in our firm's development, as it was completely carried by our customer base. Our customers' commitment to supporting our vision financially as well as with their time and know-how allows us to build, test and improve features much faster than ever before. Most importantly, it has bolstered our confidence in our mission.
We are an international team of 12 people, coming from 9 different countries and speaking 8 languages.

Tasks
// Role & Responsibilities
- You build, maintain and improve a prospect pipeline (in Hubspot) consisting of inbound leads, prospecting target accounts.
- You come up with new ideas and strategies to acquire more qualified leads.
- Organize, categorize, and prioritize sales leads in our CRM (Hubspot) and measure lead conversion, performance against quota and create pipeline forecasts.
- Develop customized pitches for different target accounts and personas.
- Shape, qualify, nurture, chase your opportunities and zero in for the close relentlessly.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly and yearly pipeline goals, as well as defined team goals and objectives.
- Work with Marketing to improve lead quality and ensure seamless handover to the Customer Success team.
- Absorb learnings and build a solid understanding of out Product as well as the Property Management industry to represent our product and spark meaningful conversations.
- Weekly knowledge sharing sessions to improve our processes + approach.
**Requirements**:
// Skills & Qualification
- 1-2 years of experience in a sales or business development environment or strong interest in a SDR role with a background in technology and real estate.
- Start-up mindset. Self-starter who is used to working in a scrappy team and go beyond strict job responsibilities.
- You are fluent in German and English. Swiss-German is a strong plus.
- Methodical and disciplined work ethic.
- Experience with the standard outbound SDR stack is a plus (Hubspot, Linkedin, and Aircall).
