Due to rapid growth and through the success of the existing ADR team overachieving in 2021, we are immediately looking for an **Account Development Representative**

**Responsibilities**:
- Responsible for creating a strategic account penetration plan to identify and create qualified sales opportunities within target accounts for their Account Executive(s)
- Plan and conduct strategic personalized outbound activities to target various corporate decision-makers and identify high ARR opportunities in target accounts
- Become an expert about the company, industry, our product suite's benefits, and features in order to effectively articulate Pitcher's SuperApp value proposition, while gathering information about prospect needs and industry trends
- Thoroughly research target accounts to identify the right stakeholders to approach and come up with creative outreach strategies to start differentiation already at first contact
- Successfully manage and overcome initial prospect objections
- Diligently update Salesforce, our CRM, to stay current on leads and follow-ups
- Achieve and overachieve bi-monthly qualified opportunity quotas to ensure a pipeline for planned revenue goals
- Understand, as much as possible, the customer's corporate budget, timeline, customer goals, and key decision-makers within the target's organization
- Observe and learn from your Account Executive's meetings and other activities to adopt the necessary skills for your next career step in the Pitcher sales team
**Qualifications**
**Required**:
- 1-3 years of professional work experience in enterprise sales or business development related sales experience in the SaaS industry
- Proven track record of successful and creative outbound activities across various channels
- Previous experience of working and executing from specified target lists
**Desired skills**:
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills: great writer, speaker, and listener
- Ability to assist in coordinating sales functions including prospecting and leads research
- Fearlessness - willing to meet with new people both in person and through virtual meetings every single day, explaining Pitcher's value propositions as it relates to each individual you speak with
- Ability to develop rapport, influence others and maintain strong working relationships
- Demonstrated ability to explain complex issues clearly
- Must be self-motivated, persistent, and able to work independently
- The courage to challenge the status quo when logic, reason, and common sense require it. See something broken? Fix it.
- IT literate and comfortable adopting to new technology
- Proficiency in German and English is mandatory, other languages are a plus
- A hunter mentality with a desire to win and obsessed with overachieving goals
- Open to feedback, coaching, and an aptitude to learn
- Naturally positive and a self-starter; always bringing new ideas to the table.
