Das kannst du bewegen:

- Organisation und Durchführung von internen Anlässen für die ganze Avenir Group (gelegentlich auch Abendeinsätze)
- Verantwortung und Pflege unseres CRM-Tools
- Erfassung von Projekten im ERP (Abacus)
- Unterstützung bei der monatlichen Rechnungserstellung
- Verantwortlich für das interne Housekeeping (Koordination Reinigungsfirma, Einkauf Bürobedarf, Ansprechperson für Reparaturen etc.)
- Allgemeine Administrations
- und Supportaufgaben

Das bringst du mit:

- Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung oder gleichwertigen Abschluss
- Gewinnende und kommunikative Persönlichkeit
- Ausgeprägte Eigenmotivation, Engagement und Verantwortungsbewusstsein
- Selbstständige, strukturierte Arbeitsweise, ausgeprägtes Qualitätsbewusstsein sowie hohes Mass an Dienstleistungsorientierung
- Stilsichere Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift. Weitere Sprachkenntnisse sind von Vorteil
