For a global leader in the human resources industry, we are actively recruiting a Marketing Coordinator to join as Business Partner and as the main point of contact for the branches in German-speaking Switzerland. You will be responsible for the implementation of regional and national marketing planning, working closely with the marketing team and ensuring that the branches are optimally informed and equipped in terms of marketing materials. **Your tasks** In this position you will report to the Vice President Marketing and Communication. Among your activities there will be: - Ensure that the regional marketing budget is invested optimally in accordance with the business and marketing - Continuous monitoring and optimization of the results - Coordination and optimization of regional marketing planning, including planning and communication of measures to support sales goals and market positioning - Participation in regional business meetings as well as in marketing meetings - Use of market data and digital analysis (e.g. LinkedIn, website performance) to increase the effectiveness and efficiency of marketing - Creation of appealing storylines and content for various customer channels and formats - Project planning for regional sponsoring - Support regional events - Create marketing and communications materials (print and online) in close collaboration with various stakeholders from marketing, communication, branding and sales **About you** You have concluded a Bachelor's degree or vocational training with further education in marketing or communication. In addition you offer: - 2-3 years of professional experience in marketing, sales or communication - Good project management skills and enjoyment in coordinating projects - Independent and solution-oriented way of working - Self-initiative and "can do" attitude - Creativity and the ability to think strategically - Fluency in Swiss-German and good knowledge of English
