For our client, a well-known asset management firm, we are currently looking for a highly engaged, proactive and reliable personality as Marketing Assistant with immediate availability.

**Key responsibilities**
- Supporting and executing various marketing initiatives
- Close collaboration with international marketing teams and stakeholders across the business
- Support the delivery of impactful marketing campaigns and support key client partnerships
- Roll-out and translate locally relevant content for multiple brands
- Employ a data driven mindset leveraging analytics and gathering data to constantly (re)evaluate how and where content is distributed
- Assist in the organizing of promotional events and traditional or digital campaigns and attend them to facilitate their success
- Work with marketing, investment and compliance teams to update and maintain content on the local country website
- Curate content for weekly newsletters
- Create/translate online content for the company’s website and social media accounts
- Launch paid Social Media campaigns (LinkedIn) in close collaboration with central marketing team
- Collaborative teamwork - build strong working relationships with local stakeholders and regional/global counterparts to leverage broader marketing activity in Switzerland
- Assist with regular and ad-hoc administrative tasks and reporting
- Update spreadsheets, databases and inventories with statistical, financial and non-financial information
- Support and assist the roll-out of multi-country projects on an ongoing basis
- The role may involve limited travel, on an ad-hoc basis, primarily within Switzerland
- Undertaking daily administrative tasks to ensure the functionality and coordination of the department’s activities

**Requirements**:

- Degree in Marketing, Economics, Business Administration or Journalism
- 2-3 years of relevant professional experience in digital marketing, content
- and/or event management, preferably within the financial industry
- Financial product and investment knowledge or strong interest
- Understanding of the financial services industry and asset management sector
- Experience with marketing automation and content management tools such as Teamsite, Eloqua, Adobe Analytics or Cvent would be a plus
- Very good IT skills
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- Helpful, trustworthy and cooperative team player with an open-minded personality
- Good communication and networking skills
- Independent and accurate way of working
