Technical Account Manager

**Vos activités**:
- Garantir la qualité des services fournis dans le cadre des contrats de service sous votre responsabilité auprès de différents clients.
- Élaborer, analyser et évaluer les résultats des indicateurs de performance des contrats afin de garantir une satisfaction clients optimale.
- Proposer des plans d'actions et améliorer le niveau des services fournis.
- Être le point de contact (SPOC) en cas d'escalade des incidents critiques.
- Gérer les demandes et incidents en lien avec le Modern Workplace ainsi que le métier client.
- Identifier les nouveaux besoins des clients sur le plan technique.
- Assurer le suivi du périmètre des contrats techniques dont vous avez la charge.
- Maintenir les relations et la communication tant en interne qu'en externe avec les différentes parties prenantes.
- Prendre part à l'élaboration de nouveaux contrats de Support Technique.
- Assurer la gestion/delivery des projets dans le scope du Service Opérations.
- Assurer une présence régulière chez les clients. Prendre en charge le piquet selon le tournus défini.
**Principales qualifications souhaitées**:
- 1 à 5 ans d'expérience professionnelle dans un poste similaire.
- Maîtrise de l’environnement Microsoft (serveurs, postes clients, Microsoft 365, Azure).
- Connaissances en sécurité, réseaux, téléphonie, Active Directory.
- Langues : français courant et anglais niveau B1 minimum.

- Permis de conduire.
- Expérience en société de services IT.
