**My duties**
- You implement the global/regional CRM strategy
- Work closly with the Data Analyst to monitor customer behavior and satisfaction levels to identify opportunities for improvements
- Gathers and analyzes complex datasets across various platforms to provide key insights on consumer
- Defines CRM roadmap to support brand equity and growth

**My qualifications**
- A bachelor’s degree in marketing or a related field
- Profound experience in B2C CRM
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- A team player with leadership skills
- Maintain a positive attitude focused on customer satisfaction
