**Responsabilités**:
En tant que Community Manager chez Palz, vous serez responsable de:

- Gérer activement les plateformes de médias sociaux de Palz en produisant du contenu visuel et textuel captivant. Utilisez des outils comme Canva pour créer des publications attrayantes et créez des vidéos en face cam pour partager des messages inspirants avec notre communauté.
- Développer et mettre en œuvre des stratégies de croissance de la communauté pour attirer de nouveaux utilisateurs et fidéliser les membres existants. Cela implique d'utiliser une variété de contenus pertinents, des campagnes publicitaires ciblées et des activités de participation communautaire.
- Surveiller attentivement les performances des médias sociaux et fournir des rapports réguliers pour optimiser nos efforts de marketing. Utilisez des outils d'analyse pour comprendre les tendances et les comportements des utilisateurs.
- Collaborer étroitement avec l'équipe marketing pour concevoir des campagnes créatives et engageantes qui reflètent notre identité de marque. Participez à la planification et à l'exécution de stratégies marketing globales.
- Représenter Palz en ligne en maintenant une communication authentique et bienveillante. Favorisez un environnement inclusif et positif pour tous les membres de notre communauté.
- Produire du contenu textuel via Canva et des vidéos en face cam pour maintenir l'engagement de la communauté et partager des messages inspirants.
- Assister à des événements Palz pour renforcer les liens avec la communauté et recueillir des feedbacks pour améliorer nos services.

**Pré-requis**:

- Être âgée de 18 ans ou plus.
- Excellentes compétences en communication écrite et orale.
- Créativité et capacité à générer du contenu engageant.
- Capacité à travailler de manière autonome et à gérer plusieurs tâches simultanément.
