- provide management support for the Group Data Management Office (GDMO) Business

Management team- maintain workforce plans, financial forecasts and budget controls
- analyze cost, design, maintain and control reports of the projects we manage
- meet the needs of internal and external clients with the highest quality services
- anticipate client needs in regards with ad-hoc tasks, being proactive and provide meaningful

data (inputs)

**Your team**
- You'll be working in the GDMO Business Management team in Zurich. We provide financial support and business-related services to ensure smooth day today business operation, plus the implementation and development of business-wide action plans and key initiatives. We act as the primary liaison and trusted partner to our clients & stakeholders by delivering strategic advice, driving transformation and cost optimization.

- ability to stay on track, even when dealing with tight deadlines, but still focus on delivery against key objectives
- results-oriented and assertive but practical, client-oriented and delivery-focused personality
- know-how gained from practical experience (or internship) in Business Management, Finance or COO roles
- a bachelor’s or master’s degree, preferably in economics, finance or business administration
- proficient with MS Office Applications (Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, Outlook & Teams)
